Prompt and well-written work
Most important points were clearly highlighted and well explained.
I paid USD 230 for a premium service but it took more than 2 weeks to receive the first draft, which was long-winded and felt more like a copy than a dedicated written resume. I asked for customer support but no response was received. Very dissapointed.

It could be that my field demands different requirements than the corporate space but I found myself making a number of changes in wording and structure to make the resume relevant to the job I am applying for. There seemed to be a difference in spelling, grammar and terminology standards as it seemed the writer was using a UK style of English and I am based in the US. I appreciated her prompt response and she was very easy to work with I just feel that my occupation may not line up 100% with JIGs typical client base. Overall it was good product and experience just required more work on my end that I would have hoped to make it something I felt comfortable submitting.

I sent my résumé back about six times for basic wording and spelling mistakes. I’ve used this company previously and it was pretty good. this last time the writer that they assigned to my résumé wasn’t the best. In fact I paid $140 while I’m out of work And I plan on making updates to it again as it’s not exactly what I was looking for after I had mentioned to her on several occasions what I needed. I was tired of going back-and-forth and I was in a rush so I accepted it as is.
